J31 Property Management works to improve the quality of life in the JeffVanderLou and nearby neighborhoods of north St. Louis.  By investing in, selling, leasing and managing real estate in these underserved communities, J31 combats property deterioration, addresses community development, promotes housing and encourages private and public investment.  The goal is to enhance the neighborhood’s infrastructure leading to self-sufficiency.

Cornerstone Constructors specializes in the rehabilitation of existing homes, mixed-use spaces, and tenant finishes as well as new construction projects ranging up to $2MM.  The vision is to revitalize underserved neighborhoods in North St. Louis City and empower communities with assets that provide long-term sustainability, using local resources.
